Executive Assistant Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing their schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Conduct research and gather information for executive decision-making.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Develop and maintain filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the executive office.

Basic Qualification:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
