Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS targeting SMBs
- Experience managing and working in Hubspot or a similar CRM tool
- Hubspot Ops subject matter expert
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain workflows working for teams
- Tool management to ensure data communication is passing between Segment, Mixed Panel, performance marketing sites, and more
- Own data integrity in the reports and data teams are viewing (connections, lead classifications, etc), working with data and engineering when necessary
- Develop and maintain reporting for the sales, marketing, and success teams
- Work with the data team to automate KPI and funnel results, ensuring a “source of truth”
